Roasted Oregon hazelnuts

Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/3
cup
Sweetened condensed milk

Vanilla
Salt
Procedures:

Melt chocolate over hot water.

Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a few grains of salt.

Cool mixture until easy to shape.

Mold around the nuts.

Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa or finely grated coconut, if desired.
