Ingredients:

1 cupChopped green peppers
1 tbspButter or margarine
1 tspChili powder
1 tspGarlic salt
14 1/3 ozCan peeled whole tomatoes

3 cupCooked rice
Procedures:
1Combine onions, peppers, celery, and butter in 2-?quart microproof baking dish.
2Cover and cook on high (maximum power) 6 minutes.
3Add seasonings, tomatoes, and rice; stir.
4Cover and cook on high 4 minutes.
5Let stand 5 minutes.
