Ingredients:
1/2 cupOnion, Chopped
1/2 cupGreen Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 cupCelery, Chopped
8 tbspButter
1 canCheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cupMilk
8 ozMushrooms, Sliced and Drained
1 tbspSalt
1 cupGreen Olives, Stuffed
6 1/2 ozTuna, Drained And Flaked
1 cupCorn Flakes, Crushed
1/2 cupAlmonds, Slivered
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2In a large saucepan, saute onion, pepper and celery in 4 t butter.
3Stir in soup and milk, and cook over low heat 10 to 12 minutes.
4Add mushrooms, salt, pimiento stuffed olives, and tuna.
5Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
6Melt 4 t butter; stir in corn flakes and almonds.
7Spread on top of casserole.
8Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes
