Ingredients:
1/2 tbspButter or margarine Salt and pepper
2 Eggs at room temperature
Procedures:
1Grease a heat-resistant, non-metallic saucer with the butter.
2Carefully break eggs onto saucer.
3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4Heat in microwave oven 30 seconds.
5Shake to loosen eggs from sides of saucer.
6Heat, uncovered, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
7Do not overcook as eggs will continue cooking while standing.
8Let eggs stand, covered, 1 minute to finish cooking
