Ingredients:
14 cupDAY OLD RYE, WHITE, WHEAT
1 1/2 cupFROZEN CHOPPED ONIONS
10 ozFROZEN RED & GREEN PEPPERS
1/2 cupCHOPPED PARSLEY
1 tbspPOULTRY SEASONING
1/2 tspSALT
2 eachEGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
10 1/2 ozCHICKEN BROTH
1/2 cupBUTTER, MELTED
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 4250°F.
2Grease a 3 quart casserole, set aside.
3In a large bowl, toss together bread cubes, onions, peppers, parsley, salt and eggs.
4Toss in remaining ingredients.
5Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish.
6Cover with foil and place inoven.
7Bake for 45 minutes.
8If brown top is desired, uncover for the last 15 minutes of baking time.
9Prep time: 10 minutes, cook time: 45 minutes, ready to serve in 55 minutes.
