Ingredients:
1 lbsDried small white beans
1/3 cupMolasses
1 Onion, chopped
1 tbspDijon mustard
4 1/2 cupWater
1/4 cupBrown sugar
1/4 lbsSalt pork, in 1" cubes
1/2 tbspSalt
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients.
2Cover and cook on low 13-14 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
3for added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
