| 1 | Drain tuna. |
| 2 | Sautae onion and garlic until soft in oil. |
| 3 | Stir in tomatoes, olives, chiles, cumin, sugar and salt. |
| 4 | Simmer covered 15 minutes. |
| 5 | Remove and stir in tuna. |
| 6 | Spoon ?tuna mixture into casserole. |
| 7 | Top with ?cheese. |
| 8 | Combine cottage cheese and egg. |
| 9 | Dollop over shredded cheese. |
| 10 | Place tortillas over cottage cheese mixture and mound remaining tuna mixture over all. |
| 11 | Sprinkle with remaining monterey jack cheese. |
| 12 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes. |
| 13 | Cool 10 minutes before serving |
