| med | Onion, chunked | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 3
| med | Tomatoes, chunked | | 1
| med | Green pepper, chunked | | 1/4
| cup | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. | | 2 | Brown beef with onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent. | | 3 | Add remaining 3 ingredients; stir to combine. | | 4 | Bring to boil and cook only until tomatoes are heated through. | | 5 | Stir in noodles; turn into 2-quart baking dish. | | 6 | Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350°F. oven 20 minutes. |
