Ingredients:

| pack | (10 oz) frozen chopped | | | Spinach or equivalent | | | Amount of fresh | | 1
| can | (10 ?oz) cream of | | | Mushroom soup | | 1
| pack | (8 oz) cream cheese | | 1
| med | Onion, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1
| small | Can Durkee's French Fried | | | -Onion Rings |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook the spinach according to directions, drain well. | | 2 | Saute onion in margarine, add the soup and cream cheese. | | 3 | Heat under low heat until the cheese is melted. | | 4 | Mix together with the spinach. | | 5 | Turn into a greased casserole. | | 6 | Top with onion rings. | | 7 | Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. | | 8 | Note: i substitute cooked mustard greens and can hardly tell the difference. | | 9 | In fact most people still think they are eating spinach |
