Spinach casserole

Ingredients:
2 pack(10 oz) frozen chopped
Spinach or equivalent
Amount of fresh
1 can(10 ?oz) cream of
Mushroom soup
1 pack(8 oz) cream cheese
1 medOnion, chopped
2 tbspMargarine
1 smallCan Durkee's French Fried
-Onion Rings
Procedures:
1Cook the spinach according to directions, drain well.
2Saute onion in margarine, add the soup and cream cheese.
3Heat under low heat until the cheese is melted.
4Mix together with the spinach.
5Turn into a greased casserole.
6Top with onion rings.
7Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
8Note: i substitute cooked mustard greens and can hardly tell the difference.
9In fact most people still think they are eating spinach
