Speedy pork cassoulet

Ingredients:
3 Boneless pork chops
-- cut into ?inch cubes
1 tbspVegetable oil
2 medOnions, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
30 ozCanned cannellini beans
-OR great northern beans
- rinsed and drained
3/4 cupChicken broth
1/3 cupChopped sun-dried tomatoes
-(oil-packed type)
1 tspDried rosemary, crushed
1 tspDried thyme, crushed
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupChopped parsley
1/4 cupSeasoned bread crumbs
Procedures:
1In a dutch oven heat oil over medium-high heat.
2Cook and stir onions and garlic until tender, but not brown.
3Add pork; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
4Stir in beans, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings.
5Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
6Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or just until pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
7Spoon cassoulet into bowls.
8Sprinkle with parsley and bread crumbs.
