| | Garlic cloves, minced | | 30
| oz | Canned cannellini beans | | | -OR great northern beans | | | - rinsed and drained | | 3/4
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped sun-dried tomatoes | | | -(oil-packed type) | | 1
| tsp | Dried rosemary, crushed | | 1
| tsp | Dried thyme, crushed | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped parsley | | 1/4
| cup | Seasoned bread crumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a dutch oven heat oil over medium-high heat. | | 2 | Cook and stir onions and garlic until tender, but not brown. | | 3 | Add pork; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until browned. | | 4 | Stir in beans, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings. | | 5 | Bring to boiling; reduce heat. | | 6 | Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or just until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. | | 7 | Spoon cassoulet into bowls. | | 8 | Sprinkle with parsley and bread crumbs. | | 9 | Serves Approximately, per serving: calories: 46Protein: 36 g. | | 10 | Fat: 13 g. | | 11 | Sodium: 336 mg. | | 12 | Cholesterol: 15 mg. |
