Ingredients:
1 tbspMargarine
4 Chicken breast halves
-skinless, boneless
1 canGolden Corn Soup*
1/2 cupMilk
2 cupBroccoli flowerets
1/2 cupChedder cheese, shredded
1/8 tspPepper
Procedures:
1In skillet, in hot margarien, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
2Remove; set aside.
3Spoon off fat.
4In skillet, combine remaining ingredients.
5Heat to boiling.
6Return chicken to skillet.
7Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring often.
8Garnish with tomato wedges and fresh thyme if desired.
