Ingredients:

| tsp | Chili powder, up to 2t | | 1
| tsp | Cumin | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4

| oz | Cn red kidney beans, drained | | 1 1/2
| cup | Cooked brown rice | | 1
| cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded | | 3/4
| cup | Milk | | 2
| x | Eggs, beaten |

Procedures:
| 1 | In saucepan, cook onion in oil. | | 2 | Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic, and salt. | | 3 | Cook 1 min. cool. | | 4 | Stir in beans, rice, cheese, milk, and eggs. | | 5 | Spray a 10" microwave-safe pie plate with nonstick spray. | | 6 | Add rice mixture. | | 7 | Cook, uncovered, 50% power, 22-24 mins or until center is just set, giving dish a quarter turn, twice. | | 8 | Let stand 10 mins. | | 9 | Garnish with chopped green pepper and serve with salso if desired. |
