Ingredients:

| cup | Rice, uncooked | | 16
| oz | Tomatoe sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| lbs | Hamburger | | 1
| cup | Corn, whole kernel, drained | | 3/4
| cup | Water, divided | | 1/2
| cup | Green pepper, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute the hamburger to remove excess fat. | | 2 | In a 2 quart casserole layer the ingredients as follows: rice, corn, salt and pepper,?of the tomatoe sauce,?cup water, onion, green pepper, ground beef, remaining tomatoe sauce and water. | | 3 | Cover and bake at 350°F for1 hour. | | 4 | Uncover and continue cooking another 25 minutes. | | 5 | A few slices of cheese placed on top adds a nice touch the last ten minutes. |
