Ingredients:

| lbs | Scallops | | 1
| | Can lobster meat, 8oz | | 1
| med | Onion | | 3
| | Celery stalks | | 1
| can | Mushrooms, sliced, 8oz | | 1
| med | Green pepper, finely diced | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| can | Cream of Mushroom soup, 10oz | | 1
| cup | Buttered bread crumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. | | 2 | Saute vegetables. | | 3 | Place in a greased casserole. | | 4 | Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. | | 5 | Bake at 350f for 30-35 minutes. |
