Ingredients:
1 lbsScallops
1 Can lobster meat, 8oz
1 medOnion
3 Celery stalks
1 canMushrooms, sliced, 8oz
1 medGreen pepper, finely diced
2 tbspButter
1 canCream of Mushroom soup, 10oz
1 cupButtered bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt.
2Saute vegetables.
3Place in a greased casserole.
4Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.
5Bake at 350f for 30-35 minutes.
