Sausage, cheese, and egg casserole

Ingredients:
12 cupHerb seasoned croutons
1 1/2 lbsMild bulk sausage
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
1 canCream of mushroom soup
2 cupGrated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 tspDry mustard
1 Dash of pepper
1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Place croutons on bottom of greased casserole, top with 1 ?cups of cheese.
2Brown and drain sausage, put on top of cheese.
3Beat eggs with milk and seasonings, pour over top.
4Refrigerate overnight.
5Next day: dilute soup with ?cup milk.
6Pour over and spread remaining ?cup of cheese on top.
7Bake at 300°F. for 1 ?hours.
