| cup | Tomatoes, cooked | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | | Salt & pepper | | 1 3/4
| cup | Bread crumbs, or | | | -cracker crumbs | | 1
| | Egg, well beaten |

Procedures:
| 1 | Flake salmon. | | 2 | Remove bones. | | 3 | Combine salmon, tomatoes, crumbs, butter, and egg. | | 4 | Season to taste. | | 5 | Mix lightly with 2 forks. | | 6 | Pour into well- oiled baking dish. | | 7 | Form into loaf. | | 8 | Bake in hot oven (425°F) about 20 minutes |
