Salmon tomato loaf

Ingredients:
2 cupSalmon
1 1/2 cupTomatoes, cooked
1 tbspButter, melted
Salt & pepper
1 3/4 cupBread crumbs, or
-cracker crumbs
1 Egg, well beaten
Procedures:
1Flake salmon.
2Remove bones.
3Combine salmon, tomatoes, crumbs, butter, and egg.
4Season to taste.
5Mix lightly with 2 forks.
6Pour into well- oiled baking dish.
7Form into loaf.
8Bake in hot oven (425°F) about 20 minutes
