Salmon vegetable loaf

Ingredients:
1 cupSalmon
2 cupMashed potatoes, hot
3/4 cupBeans, cooked
1/2 cupOnion, diced
Salt and pepper
2 Egg whites
2 tbspButter, melted
Procedures:
1Flake salmon.
2Remove bones.
3Combine salmon, potatoes, beans, onions, and melted butter.
4Season to taste.
5Mix until well blended.
6Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
7Pour into well-oiled baking dish.
8Bake in moderate oven (400°F) until puffy and brown.
9Serve at once with sour pickles and tartare or tomato sauce
