Ingredients:
1 cupBrown sugar
1/4 cupButter
2 cupMilk
1 tspVanilla
1 xWhipped cream
1/4 cupWater
3 ea Egg, well beaten
3 tbspFlour
1 x*pie pastry, baked
Procedures:
1Cook the sugar and water until it will spin a thread.
2Add butter, beat the eggs and stir in the flour which has been mixed with ?cup of the milk.
3Add balance of the milk and vanilla.
4Pour into the hot syrup and cook until mixture is thick.
5Pour into a baked pie shell and set aside to cool.
6When ready to serve, cover with whipped cream
