Ingredients:

| pack | (approximately 2 pounds) | | | -frozen hash brown potatoes | | 1/2
| cup | Margarine | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped onion | | 2
| cup | Sour cream | | 10
| oz | Can cream of chicken soup | | 2
| cup | Grated cheddar cheese | | 2
| cup | Crushed cornflakes | | 1/4
| cup | Melted margarine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Thaw potatoes. | | 2 | Combine margarine, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese. | | 3 | Blend together with potatoes. | | 4 | Pour into 3 quart casserole dish or two 1 ?quart dishes. | | 5 | Mix cornflakes and margarine together and sprinkle over potato mixture. | | 6 | Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. | | 7 | This casserole may be baked and frozen, then reheated to serve. |
