Ingredients:
1 pack(approximately 2 pounds)
-frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cupMargarine
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 cupSour cream
10 ozCan cream of chicken soup
2 cupGrated cheddar cheese
2 cupCrushed cornflakes
1/4 cupMelted margarine
Procedures:
1Thaw potatoes.
2Combine margarine, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
3Blend together with potatoes.
4Pour into 3 quart casserole dish or two 1 ?quart dishes.
5Mix cornflakes and margarine together and sprinkle over potato mixture.
6Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
7This casserole may be baked and frozen, then reheated to serve.
