| cup | Cottage cheese-- add your ow | | 30
| oz | Ravioli | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese | | 1
| can | Olives, sliced black | | 2
| pack | Spinach , (defrosted, draine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Line one baking dish with foil to freeze for later use. | | 2 | Lightly pam both. | | 3 | Spread spinach equally in both dishes. | | 4 | Brown ground beef in very hot pan, drain and add pizza sauce. | | 5 | Atop the spinach, layer ?meat, ?cottage cheese and ?ravioli in each dish. | | 6 | Add remaining meat, cottage cheese, olives and top with parmesan cheese. | | 7 | Cover and freeze one casserolle if desired. | | 8 | Don"t use ravioli sauce. | | 9 | Bake covered frozen casserole, after replacing it in dish in a 400* oven for 1 ?hours. | | 10 | Uncover and bake 30 mins, more. | | 11 | Bake unfrozen cassserole in a 350* oven, uncovered, for 35 mins. | | 12 | Or until bubbly. | | 13 | Serve with salad and french bread. | | 14 | Guy attwood (nfwf89a) |
