Fillets of flounder in lemon parsley butter

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter or margarine, melted
2 tbspCornstarch
3 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspChopped fresh parsley
2 lbsFlounder or sole fillets
Celery salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Melt butter in a 12 x 7-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
2Add coirnstarch, lemon juice and parsley.
3Stir to blend well.
4Dip each fillet in butter sauce.
5Arrange in baking dish with butter sauce side up.
6Sprinkle fillets with celery salt and pepper to taste.
7Cover loosely with clear plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven for 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
8Let stand covered for 2 minutes to finish cooking.
9Spoon sauce over each serving
