Ingredients:
2 cupChicken, diced
1/2 lbsTasso or smoked sausage, chop
1/4 cupGreen pepper, chopped
1/4 cupRed onion, chopped
1 tbspMinced garlic
X Creole seasoning
1/4 Stick butter
X Grated provolone
X Grated gouda
1 lbsThree-colored pasta, cooked
Procedures:
1Saute meats in oil.
2Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.
3Heat.
4Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
