Ingredients:
1 pintOysters with liquor
1 tbspButter
2 cupLowfat milk
1/8 tspCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Combine the oysters, oyster liquor, and butter in a skillet.
2Cook until the edges of the oysters curl.
3Add the milk.
4Heat just to boiling.
5Sprinkle with the cayenne pepper, ladle into hot bowls.
6Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
