Ingredients:
1 lbsGROUND BEEF
1 tspSALT
1 cupWATER
1 dashPEPPER
1/2 cupPARMESAN CHEESE
1 tspPARSLEY FLAKES
1/2 tspONION POWDER
32 ozSPAGHETTI SAUCE
2 tspOREGANO
1/4 tspSUGAR
15 ozRICOTTA CHEESE
8 ozMOZZARELLA CHEESE
12 ozLASAGNA NOODLES
Procedures:
1Brown the ground beef.
2Add onion and salt and cook for several minutes.
3Stir frequently.
4Drain off fat.
5In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, water, oregano, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt, sugar and pepper.
6Add meat to sauce mixture.
7Cook noodles as per package directions.
8Drain well.
9Layer sauce-meat mixture alternately with noodles and cheeses in a lightly greased casserole dish, starting with sauce-meat mixture.
10Makes 8 servings.
11Bake at 350 deg f for 45 to 55 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
