| oz | SPAGHETTI SAUCE | | 2

| oz | RICOTTA CHEESE | | 8
| oz | MOZZARELLA CHEESE | | 12
| oz | LASAGNA NOODLES |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown the ground beef. | | 2 | Add onion and salt and cook for several minutes. | | 3 | Stir frequently. | | 4 | Drain off fat. | | 5 | In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, water, oregano, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt, sugar and pepper. | | 6 | Add meat to sauce mixture. | | 7 | Cook noodles as per package directions. | | 8 | Drain well. | | 9 | Layer sauce-meat mixture alternately with noodles and cheeses in a lightly greased casserole dish, starting with sauce-meat mixture. | | 10 | Makes 8 servings. | | 11 | Bake at 350 deg f for 45 to 55 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
