Oven-barbecued turkey legs

Ingredients:
1/4 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspChili powder
1/4 tspPepper
6 Turkey legs, small
1/4 cupCorn oil
1/2 cupBarbecue sauce
1/2 cupWater
1 Chicken bouillon cube, crush
Procedures:
1Mix flour with salt, chili powder and pepper; dredge turkey legs with flour mixture.
2Heat oil in a large skillet; brown turkey, turning to brown all sides.
3Remove turkey to a 13x9x2-inch pan.
4Combine barbecue sauce, water and bouillon cube; spoon over turkey.
5Cover pan with foil; bake in preheated 325°F.
6Oven 1 hour.
7Uncover and bake 1 hour, until turkey is tender, basting frequently.
8Note: delicious teamed with pan-baked potato halves, fresh zucchini and a hot peach or pear half!
