Fillet of fish amandine

Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter (or marg.)
1/4 cupAlmonds, sliced
1 1/2 tspLemon juice
16 ozFish fillets, thawed
Salt, to taste
Lemon slices, opt.
Parsley sprigs, opt.
Procedures:
1Place butter, almonds, and lemon juice in a 12x8x2" baking dish.
2Microwave at high for 6 to 8 minutes or until almonds are golden, stirring twice.
3Remove almonds with a slotted spoon, reserving butter mixture in baking dish; set almonds aside.
4Sprinkle fillets with salt, and coat with butter mixture.
5Arrange in dish with thickest portion to outside (thinner portions may overlap, if necessary).
6Cover with clear plastic wrap.
7Microwave at high for 2 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, giving dish one half-turn during cooking.
8Carefulle remove fish to a serving platter; spoon almonds over top.
