Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsSirloin steak (? strips)
1 tbspPaprika
2 eachGarlic cloves, crushed
2 tbspMargarine
1 cupSliced onions
2 eachBell peppers cut in strips
2 largeTomatoes, diced
1 cupBeef broth
1/4 cupWater
2 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspSoy sauce
3 cupHot cooked rice
Procedures:
1Sprinkle steak with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
2Cook steak and garlic in butter until meat is brown.
3Add onions and green peppers; continue cooking until vegetables are wilted.
4Add tomatoes and broth; cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
5Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce.
6Stir into steak and cook until thickened.
7Serve over rice.
