Make-ahead sausage souffle

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsHot bulk pork sausage
4 Eggs
3 sliceWhite bread, crumbed
1 1/2 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspDry mustard
1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble.
2Drain off fat and set sausage aside.
3Beat eggs until lightly colored.
4Add bread crumbs, milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage.
5Stir in cheese.
6Spoon into ungreased 1-quart souffle dish.
7Cover and refrigerate overnight.
8The next day bake at 325f 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
9Serve immediately
