Ingredients:
| 1/2
| lbs | Hot bulk pork sausage | | 4
| | Eggs | | 3
| slice | White bread, crumbed | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble. | | 2 | Drain off fat and set sausage aside. | | 3 | Beat eggs until lightly colored. | | 4 | Add bread crumbs, milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage. | | 5 | Stir in cheese. | | 6 | Spoon into ungreased 1-quart souffle dish. | | 7 | Cover and refrigerate overnight. | | 8 | The next day bake at 325f 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. | | 9 | Serve immediately |
