Lone star chicken casserole

Ingredients:
2 Chickens--breasts, thighs, &
Drumsticks from both
Flour, salt, & pepper mixed
Ginger to taste
6 Carrots, peeled & quartered
4 tbspMargarine
2 tbspFlour
1 cupWater
1 (10-? can beef bouillon
1 tbspCatsup
1 tbspWorscestershire sauce
2 Bay leaves
6 Small, peeled onions
6 Potatoes, peeled & quartered
8 ozMushrooms, sauteed
1 (8 oz) can english peas
Procedures:
1Mix flour, salt, pepper and ginger and dredge chicken pieces in the seasoned flour.
2Brown the floured chicken in a skillet with 4 tablespoons of melted margarine.
3Remove pieces when brown and save the drippings.
4Put chicken pieces in a large casserole.
5Add flour to the drippings, making a paste.
6Stir in water, beef bouillon, catsup, worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and whole onions.
7Pour over chicken and bake at 350°F.
8°F for 45 minutes.
9Add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms.
10Bake 35 minutes more.
11Add peas and bake 10 minutes longer.
12Serves 6
