Ingredients:

| cup | Potatoes, sliced, raw | | 1
| lbs | Hamburger, browned | | 1
| cup | Green pepper, chopped | | 2
| cup | Celery, chopped | | 1
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| can | Mushroom soup |
|
Procedures:
| 1 | Saute and drain the hamburger. | | 2 | Layer the potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, and hamburger in a 2 quart casserole dish. | | 3 | Salt and pepper each layer. | | 4 | Top with mushoom soup and bake covered 1 ?hours at 350 degrees. |
