Ingredients:

| lbs | Bacon, diced | | 2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Minced onion | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped green pepper | | 2
| can | Cream style corn | | | (16.5 oz. ea.) |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a skillet, fry the bacon until lightly browned. | | 2 | Remove and set aside. | | 3 | Pour 1/8 to ?cup of the bacon drippings over bread crumbs; set aside. | | 4 | Discard all but 2 tablespoons of remaining drippings; saute onion and green pepper until tender. | | 5 | Stir in corn and bacon. | | 6 | Spoon into a 1 quart baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs. | | 7 | Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. | | 8 | Yield: 6-8 servings. |
