Ingredients:
3/4 cupCreamed cottage cheese
-(small curd)
1/3 cupParmesan, grated
1 1/2 cupChicken, cooked cut-up
5 ozMozzarella , shredded
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspOrgano, dried
1/2 tspBasil, dried
6 ozTomato paste
1 cupMilk
2 Eggs
2/3 cupBisquick baking mix
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2Grease a 10" pie plate.
3Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in the pie plate.
4Mix chicken, one-half cup of the mozzarella, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste.
5Spoon over parmesan cheese.
6Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender on high speed 15 seconds, with a hand beater one minute or until smooth.
7Pour into a pie plate.
8Bake 30 minutes.
9Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
10Bake five to eight minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
11Cool five minutes.
12High altitudes: no adjustments are necessary
