Honey wheat casserole bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupBread flour
1 cupWheat flour
3 tbspNonfat dry milk
1 packYeast
1 tspSalt
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspOil
1 cupHot water (120-130 deg f)
1 tbspWheat germ
Procedures:
1In a large mixer bowl, mix ?c bread flour with all the wheat flour and dry milk, yeast, salt, honey and oil.
2With mixer on low speed, mix until smooth.
3With mixer still going, add hot water and contuinue mixing until smooth.
4Add remaining flour slowly, then mix at high speed until smooth.
5Pour batter into a greased 1 ?quart cassrole dish.
6Place in warm area to rise, letting batter double in size.
7Bake at 375 deg f for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean.
8Makes 1 loaf (about 10 servings).
9Note: for finer texture bread let rise in bowl, then punch down and place in greased cassrole to rise again.
