Ingredients:

| cup | Bread flour | | 1
| cup | Wheat flour | | 3
| tbsp | Nonfat dry milk | | 1
| pack | Yeast | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 1
| cup | Hot water (120-130 deg f) | | 1
| tbsp | Wheat germ |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large mixer bowl, mix ?c bread flour with all the wheat flour and dry milk, yeast, salt, honey and oil. | | 2 | With mixer on low speed, mix until smooth. | | 3 | With mixer still going, add hot water and contuinue mixing until smooth. | | 4 | Add remaining flour slowly, then mix at high speed until smooth. | | 5 | Pour batter into a greased 1 ?quart cassrole dish. | | 6 | Place in warm area to rise, letting batter double in size. | | 7 | Bake at 375 deg f for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean. | | 8 | Makes 1 loaf (about 10 servings). | | 9 | Note: for finer texture bread let rise in bowl, then punch down and place in greased cassrole to rise again. |
