Ingredients:
| 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, chpd | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Pepper | | 1
| can | Evaporated milk, lg | | 1
| pack | Froz broccoli spears, cooked | | 1
| | Chicken, cooked, cubed | | 1
| cup | Cheese, shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion in margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper. | | 2 | Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid; add water to make ?cup liquid. | | 3 | Gradually stir into flour mixture in skillet. | | 4 | Blend in milk until smooth. | | 5 | Add mushrooms. | | 6 | Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken. | | 7 | Arrange a layer of chicken with the broccoli spears on top in a 9x13 baking dish. | | 8 | Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. | | 9 | Top with cheese. | | 10 | Bake 375°F for 20 min. let sit 15 min before serving. | | 11 | ~0400 |
