Cheesy chicken casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupRice, cooked
1 eachOnion, small, chopped
1 eachGreen/Red Bell Pepper, Choppd
1 xButter, Enough to saute veg's
3 cupChicken, cooked and cut up
1 eachHam, thick slice, cubed
1 canCondensed Cheddar Soup
1/4 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Prepare rice according to directions or your desire.
2Set aside.
3Cut up the chicken into small chunks and cook through, either on the stove top or the microwave.
4You can either cook it and then cut it up, or cut it up and then cook it.
5Chop onion and peppers into small pieces.
6Saute onion and pepper in the butter for about 4 minutes or until tender.
7Cut up the ham slice into small cube-like pieces.
8(although, any kind of ham, sliced, diced, cubed, would do).
9Stir in the cooked chicken, cubed ham, soup (straight from the can), and the milk.
10Heat until chicken is hot, stirring frequently.
11Stir the rice into the mixture and cook another few minutes until everything is hot.
12Be sure to mix in rice thoroughly.
13Will keep well if you prepare ahead and reheat before serving.
14Just be sure to heat it and mix it again well before serving.
15Freezes well also if you want to make an extra batch.
