Ingredients:
6 cupCarrot Slices
1 medOnion, Diced
1/2 cupButter or Margarine
1 cupVelveeta Cheese
X Crushed Pototo Chips
Procedures:
1Directions: Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
2Drain and place in casserole.
3Add rest of ingredients.
4Cover with crushed potato chips.
5Bake at 350 °F for 35 - 45 minutes.
