Caraway-sour cream cabbage

Ingredients:
1/2 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
6 cupShredded cabbage
1 largeOnion, sliced
1 cupDairy sour cream
2 tbspSll-purpose flour
1 tspPrepared mustard
1 tspCaraway seed
1/2 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
Paprika
Procedures:
1In saucepan, bring the water and ?tsp. salt to boiling.
2Add cabbage and onion; cook, covered, till crisp-tender, 7 to 8 minutes.
3Drain, reserving cooking liquid.
4Add enough water to cooking liquid to make ?cup.
5In same saucepan blend together sour cream, flour, mustard, caraway seed, ?tsp. salt, and pepper.
6Stir in cooking liquid.
7Fold in cabbage and onion.
8Turn mixture into a 1 ?quart casserole.
9Bake covered at 350 till heated through, about 20 minutes, stirring once.
10Sprinkle generously with paprika.
