Ingredients:
2 cupBroccoli flowerets, cooked
And drained
2 cupCauliflower flowerets
Cooked and drained
1 can(10 oz/284 ml) Condensed
Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cupMilk
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Divided
1 tbspButter or margarine
2 tbspDry bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Place vegetables in a 6-cup (1.5 l) baking dish.
2In a small dish, combine soup, milk and half of the parmesan.
3Pour over vegetables.
4Combine margarine, bread crumbs and remaining parmesan.
5Sprinkle on top of casserole.
6Bake at 375f (190c) for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
