Ingredients:
2 cupRicotta
1 Egg
1 cupGreen onions
2 tbspChopped chilies
1 tspCumin
1 cupJack cheese
8 Tortillas
10 ozEnchilada sauce
2 cupCheddar cheese
1 8 x 12in. glass pan
Procedures:

2Put in greased 8 x 12 glass pan.
3Pour sauce over.
4Microwave on high for 11 to 13 minutes, rotating once.
