| | Boneless, skinless chicken | | | -breasts, halved | | 3
| tbsp | Bottled microwave browning | | | -sauce | | 1
| tsp | Seasoned salt, divided | | 1/2
| tsp | Coarsely ground pepper | | | -divided | | 1
| cup | Nonfat plain yogurt | | 1
| tsp | Onion, grated | | 1
| tsp | Prepared mustard |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brush chicken with browning sauce and arrange on rack around outside edges of circular microwave dish. | | 2 | Cover loosely w/waxed paper and microwave on high for 6 mins. | | 3 | Remove chicken from rack and place in bottom of dish, turning breasts over and keeping them in a circle around edge of dish. | | 4 | Sprinkle with ?tspn of salt and ?tspn of pepper. | | 5 | In small bowl, mix together yogurt, onion, and mustard; spoon over chicken, dividing equally on each piece. | | 6 | Cover loosely w/waxed paper and microwave on high 6 mins. | | 7 | Or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. | | 8 | Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. | | 9 | Let stand 2 mins. | | 10 | Then remove to warm serving platter. |
