Ingredients:
1 cupUncooked regular long
-Grain rice
2 tbspMargarine or butter
1 tbspFinely chopped onion
1 tspCurry powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 cupSlivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cupChopped pimiento-stuffed
-Olives or ripe olives
Procedures:
1Cook rice as directed previously.
2Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
3Cook onion in margarine about 2 minutes.
4Stir in curry powder, salt and pepper.
5Stir in hot rice.
6Sprinkle with almonds and olives.
