1 lbsLean ground beef
1 tbspShortening
1 cupHeinz ketchup
2 tbspChopped onion
1 tspHeinz mild mustard
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 cupShredded cabbage
8 To 10 sandwich buns, toasted
Procedures:
1Brown meat in shrotening; drain excess fat.
2Add ketchup and next 4 ingredients; heat.
3Quickly sitr in cabbage.
4Spoon filling on buns; serve immediately.
5Makes about 3 cups of filling.
