1 eachMedium onion, chopped
6 eachChiles serranos, peeled and
6 eachCloves garlic
3 eachLarge tomatoes
1 tbspVinegar
1 tbspHoney
1/4 tspDried oregano
1/4 tspCumin
1/4 tspSalt
1 eachPinch black pepper
Procedures:
1Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded.
2Blend in food processor or blender: 1 medium onion, chopped, 6 chiles serranos, peeled and seeded, 6 cloves garlic.
3Fry the mixture in butter for about 5 minutes.
4Blend in: 3 large tomatoes, 1 tbs vinegar, 1 tbs honey, ?tsp dried oregano, ?tsp cumin, ?tsp salt, 1 pinch black pepper.
