Ingredients:
Jalapeno peppers
1/4 cupWater
1 tspSalt
1 cupVinegar
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 tspMixed pickling spice
Procedures:
1Wash and pack jalapeno peppers tightly into hot jars.
2Combine remaining ingreds.
3In an enameled or glass saucepan and bring to boil.
4Cover peppers with boiling liquid, leaving ? head-space.
5Seal jars with sterilized 2 pc.
6Canning lids and process in boiling water to cover by 2" for 10 min. cool on rack.
7Store for 30 days before using.
