Ingredients:
2 cupEvaporated milk
1 1/2 tbspButter or margarine
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbspSugar
1 1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspPepper
2 cupCorn
Procedures:
1In a deep, 1 ?quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, heat evaporated milk, uncovered, in microwave oven 2 ?minutes or until scalded.
2Add butter and stir until butter has melted.
3Stir in eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.
4Stir to blend well.
5Stir in corn.
6Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 14 minutes.
7Set aside 5 minutes to finish cooking
