Grand marnier marmalade

Ingredients:
2 cupThinly Sliced Kumquats
2 cupNavel Oranges, Seed, Chop
7 cupWater
1 tspGrated Fresh Lemon Rind
3/4 cupGrand Marnier
1 Sugar Equal To Cooked Fruit
Procedures:
1Place kumquats, oranges, and water in glass bowl.
2Cover and let stand in a cool place for 12 hours.
3Pour into medium saucepan and bring to a full, rolling boil over high heat.
4Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
5Remove from heat and stir in lemon and grand marnier.
6Measure this mixture and add equal amount of sugar.
7Again bring to a boil and cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes.
8When mixture begins to gel, remove from heat and immediately pour into hot sterilized jars.
9Vacuum seal.
10Makes 6 ?pint jars
