| | Lemon | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 1/4
| cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese | | | Nutmeg | | | Salt |

Procedures:
