| pack | Spinach, frozen, thawed | | 1
| lbs | Mozzarella | | 2/3
| cup | Ricotta | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | | Pastry for two crust pie | | 1
| tbsp | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice sausage. | | 2 | Cook until well browned. | | 3 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 4 | Reserve one egg yolk. | | 5 | Combine rest of eggs with sausage, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, salt, pepper and garlic powder. | | 6 | Place unbaked crust in deep pie pan. | | 7 | Add filling. | | 8 | Place second crust on top. | | 9 | Trim edges and fold under. | | 10 | Slit top. | | 11 | Combine yolk with water. | | 12 | Brush top of pie. | | 13 | Bake in 1-?hours. | | 14 | Let stand 10 minutes. | | 15 | Serve hot or cold. |
