Ingredients:
1 lbsItalian sausage
6 Eggs
2 packSpinach, frozen, thawed
1 lbsMozzarella
2/3 cupRicotta
1/2 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1/8 tspGarlic powder
Pastry for two crust pie
1 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Slice sausage.
2Cook until well browned.
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4Reserve one egg yolk.
5Combine rest of eggs with sausage, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
6Place unbaked crust in deep pie pan.
7Add filling.
8Place second crust on top.
9Trim edges and fold under.
10Slit top.
11Combine yolk with water.
12Brush top of pie.
13Bake in 1-?hours.
14Let stand 10 minutes.
15Serve hot or cold.
