Pie crust (snow cream filling)

Ingredients:
1 cupFLOUR
1/2 tspSALT
1/3 cupSHORTENING
1 tbspSHORTENING
3 tbspWATER
Procedures:
1Combine flour and salt.
2Cut in shortening until mix resembles cornmeal.
3Add water till mix forms small pea shaped crumbs.
4(add water slowly).
5Form mix into a ball.
6Roll to a thickness of about 1/8".
7Place in pie pan and poke holes in bottom with a fork.
8Bake at 425 deg f. for 15 minutes.
9Note: fill with snow cream filling or fill with your favorite filling.
10Snow cream pie filling: 1 small box - instant pudding 1 cup - milk 8 0z - sour cream mix all ingredients, at slow speed for 1 minute.
11Place in baked pie shell
