| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1/4
| cup | White wine vinegar | | 1/4
| cup | Dairy sour cream | | 3/4
| tsp | Onion salt | | 1/3
| cup | Crumbled blue cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Medium white wine | | | Lettuce wedges |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut avacado lengthwise in half; remove pit. | | 2 | Scoop out fruit; mash. | | 3 | Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, onion salt and worcestershire sauce.?mash cheese with fork; stir in oil, wine and vinegar. | | 4 | Mix with avacado mixture. | | 5 | Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. | | 6 | Serve over lettuce wedges. |
